The good people of ITHica, weary of the countless accusations and back and forth debate, decided to do it in a proper French fashion, with a guillotine mounted on a raised platform. They drug poor fatshaft up on the platform with plenty of time to spare for an orderly execution, when pandemonium broke out. Several burly fellows yanked bb88 onto the platform. While they were arguing, a few people tried to pull Tall Paul up by his ankles, but they weren't strong enough.
For a time, it seemed that anyone could go, but the crowd finally settled on Fatshaft. He was combative and defensive until the very last moment. In the end, his fancy words counted for nothing, as the blade came plummetting to ground and neatly severed his head from his torso.
To the astonishment of the gathered citizens of ITHica, both his head and body immediately sprouted giant tufts of mangy fur. With a tremendous cry, the town exclaimed with joy "No more werewolves in ITHica!"
It has come down to the age-old struggle of mafia against innocent, the way it was meant to be. The town has no detective and no doctor, but they have numbers on their side.
I no longer need to discuss anything with the seer and the angel, for your purpose is now done. There is but one group to act tonight and I feel certain that they will not hesitate.

You really have to wonder what kind of people live in town where you tell them that one person will be killed each night by evil criminals and they are overjoyed by the news. I guess when you are used to finding two or more dead each morning, it does seem like a vacation of sorts.
The result this morning was entirely predictable. The town had one certain innocent they could count on in the form of MXrider, who helped them to root out the werewolves that had once been terrorizing the town. It turns out that a motorcross bike is no match for a big black sedan with two mafia guys behind the wheel. MXrider, the seer didn't see the car coming and now he's spread across fifty feet of pavement in old ITHica.

Rule clarification:
If our seer had asked to investigate someone and discovered something, would those results be published now, despite his slaying? |

Have this to say..
I had malteg (poor dead one) and Mcfoldem to investigate.
Looking at the posts..
Malteg is dead may he rest in peace and may we avenge his soul.
McFoldem has posted alot..but not with much info.
I have him on my ??? list.
I baited (and am sorry) MX and tanya and they came to the plate. On my leaning innocent list.
Others on that list are:
Irish
Da Big Fish
Dire
Dreamchaser
Suited Pair
Tanya
MXrider
FAT SHAFT is on my radar..he has attacked with no reason.. I get the gut feeling he is wolfish...he hates women..and grannys.
Bugs drives me krazy with all his posts and changes..I think he has ADD.
Don't know about the others..will think more later..when I can..

I'm back from work, and all I can say is I'm shocked - pleasantly so, but still shocked. I never in a million years had Fatshaft as a wolf and it's a good job I wasn't around for the deadline as I'd have argued strongly to keep him alive.
Also, it looks like I owe you an apology, KT. I thought you were wolf and I was wrong. I'm sorry. Of course, you could still be mafia, but I doubt that you are.
Looks like we're back in a normal game situation now, with just 2 mafia to find. We have Bugs' post to maybe provide some clues, so I think that's where we should start. |

I really can't decide who to vote for. I'm not going to vote for BB88, as I also think he's innocent. Same with Fatshaft. I think KT it the remaining wolf, but I'm still not sure if it's worth keeping the wolf around a little longer. SteveGriff's and Suited Jock's absences today has been disconcerting, my theory is that they may have been watching us and laughing because we're way off the mark. Tomorrow while I'm at work I ask that you forget about the arguments between KT, Fatshaft and Spoonie and take a look at these two.
I vote to lynch SteveGriff |
I see my advice last night has been totally ignored today. If our lynch hadn't turned out so good, I'd have been pretty ticked off at you lot for that. SteveGriff and SJ seem to have done another disappearing act today, and the question we should ask is "why?" |
