In your opinion, what is the best overall poker math book? Overall meaning in terms of being accessible to beginners, but useful to long-time players also.

Based on the criteria, I'd go with Killer Poker By The Numbers. It's got enough new stuff not found elsewhere to be useful to long term players that understand the fundamentals and is accessible enough to anyone that understands basic math to be helpful for a beginner.
