| hawk, due to your giving this site such an awesome site rating review, I'm going to have to make my first deposit here. Look forward to it. I need a new site. |

| I'm sorely tempted by Betfred too. I think I may just have to deposit in Stars, wait a few days then do Betfred. Providing the 6-max tables are juicy enough that is... |

RC - I believe you play 3/6 or so, and probably full-ring. Be careful and consider checking things out before you deposit. FR traffic at these sorts of limits was, ahem, severely limited when I last played at iPoker a couple of months back. |

As I said to one of the live help folks at BetFred the other day, their CS is the best I've come across in a long while. Not only do you have Martyn posting here, but also the live help actually works, which is more than can be said for some places. They are always courteous, and seem to have given me good information every time.
The only problem I had was when trying to cash out. From the cashout page i entered the amount, and my password, etc, and clicked submit, but got an error telling me I'd used the wrong password. My money had, nonetheless moved to sportsbook from poker chips...
I tried logging into the sportsbook side from the web, succeeded, and found my money there, but when I went to cash out, my balance suddenly dropped to zero.
Live support helped me out, and did the cash out to Neteller for me, so fair play to them, but I had no idea what was happening to my money, which makes me not want to deposit again in a hurry. |

Thanks for the hu, hawk. I'm ready to withdraw my br again, at Doyle's, for this reason. The only light-traffic site I'm willing put up with that on, is a rake free one. |

How quick was the cashout once you'd spoken to support? |
