You should know that we stopped promoting Bet365 because of their attitude toward certain players in awarding earned bonuses. There is a long thread about it somewhere (maybe RC can find it and post it).
Their response to us (me) was weak at best and therefore I decided to take them off the site. Of course it doesn't mean you can't discuss them
1. On rereading the above thread I could only find ONE credible (to my mind) example of an ITHer being refused a bonus; many others received bonuses without any problems
2. As far as I am aware there are NO examples anywhere where players claimed that an initial sign-up bonus was refused.
3. This is an old-ish thread and Bet365 has more recently completed a freely available reload which was chased by many (me included) with no problems that I am aware of.
It is my view that much of the "trouble" with Bet365 was down to Chinese whispers, and plenty of people all too willing to jump onto high horses. It's highly questionable as to whether it has any relevance now. I have no stake in Bet365 other than being a satisfied customer of theirs.
