Party Poker Cashiering Options

Depositing

Party Poker uses Pay-Pro, which is the service name of their cashiering system. The Pay-Pro Cashier System does not charge you for using the system, but there may be a small charge for using some of the deposit and cash out options. Please remember that some fees may also be applied to you by your credit card company, financial institution or bank, depending on how you want to send Party Poker money, or how you want to receive it.

Log in to your account, click 'Deposit funds', and you'll be shown a list of all deposit options relevant to your country. Select the deposit option you want to use and follow the instructions. Each option varies in procedure, from timeframe to deposit and fees.

Once Party Poker receives confirmation of the money being transferred to them, the amount will be deposited into your account and reflected in your account balance.

You will receive an email acknowledgment of every deposit and cash out you make with Party Poker. Each receipt will detail the amount charged and how it will appear on your bank statement.

Withdrawing

In order to withdraw, log in to your account and select 'Cash out'. You will then be presented with a list of cash out options. Select which option you wish to use and follow the instructions given.

Party Poker may, at their sole discretion, choose to pay part or all of your withdrawals by reversing any prior charges made to a credit/debit card or virtual payment account first.

If you have received complimentary or bonus money into your poker account, you must comply with any bonus restriction contained in the offer and/or with the Party Poker's terms and conditions. If you have not satisfied these restrictions, you will be unable to withdraw any amount until the bonus restrictions have been met.

Before you are able to cash out monies deposited by you or received by way of Inter-Account Transfer or Gift Certificate you must first have earned Standard Player Points with such monies (excluding any bonus points awarded) greater than or equal to15% of the amount received in USD ('Release Requirements'). Where such monies are deposited or received in a currency other than USD, the required 15% of Player Points must be calculated on the value of such monies in USD (based on the exchange rates offered by Party Poker) at the point of cash out. Providing you have earned the required player points you will be able to cash out up to $3,000/£ 1,500/€2,000 without further restriction. If you wish to withdraw more you must first provide us with a copy of your government issued ID. Once verified you will be able to cash out higher amounts providing the required player points have been earned.
