Noble Poker is generally a 5% rake structure site. However, there are areas where they deviate from this formula. Most notably, Noble Poker's rake structure mirrors Party Poker's rake structure at the $0.50/$1 and $1/$2 Limits. It is truly gouging at these limits. They take 10% in rake for any pot which reaches $5. They take 6.25% when the pot reaches $12. At the highest limit, $50/$100, pots can be raked $5.00 when 4 or more players are playing. Noble Poker does offer significantly reduced maximum rakes at tables with only 2-5 players playing. Noble Poker has a "No-Flop, No-Drop" policy which means that if the hand does ot go to a flop, no money will be raked.
