Mansion Poker's software is decent, but, like all OnGame Network sites, it is memory intensive and those players running it on Windows may experience bugs if they are running on small amounts of memory.

Most of the in-game tournament information like which players are still playing, average stack sizes and tournament payouts are all web-site driven sub-routines which do not auto-update. This makes it difficult to track one's progress while actively paying attention to the tournament itself.

Players need to sit out of their table in order to access the cashiering services to the table. This can lead to missed hands and a failure to reload prior to the next dealt hand. Sitting out, while there is a waiting list at a table, can see a player taken off the table and his seat given to a player on the waiting list.

Overall, Mansion Poker software is decent and user-friendly.
