I umm…I am a dealer of original Nintendo games, and I play poker online How long have you been playing Internet poker? 3 months What limits do you play? 3/6 & 5/10 Hold’em and Omaha 8/b. Also $30, $50, $100 Single Table tournaments. What is your favorite site and why? Ultimate Bet is my favorite, although I only play there once in a while, the games are so easy at Party, it’s hard not to play there constantly. What has been your biggest poker thrill or achievement up to now? I’d have to say when I first broke $1000 in my account, I’d run it up all the way from $50 and was very excited to hit that milestone. What area of your game are you currently focusing on? Playing the man instead of the cards, I’m learning what good notes are, and how to classify people. If you could go back in time and start all over again on the Internet, what would you do differently? I would have to put more money in my account initially, I just couldn’t stand micro-limits, and gambled with my bankroll all the way to a comfortable size for the limits I was playing. I could have afforded another couple hundred bucks to play at those levels without playing scared. What’s your favorite poker saying or phrase? “Nice Hand” Man I love to hear that one. Or maybe “In the poker game of life, women are the rake” – Ed Norton, Rounders Who is your favorite poker player (if you have one)? I respect a lot of players for their play, but my favorites tend to be people who’ll shoot straight, and are not afraid to educate (that rhyme was not intended). A few are Lee Jones, Daniel Negreanu, and of course Matthew. Even a few from this site, Pilchard, Goodi, robrobrob, and legaleagle97 come to mind, although there are many others. What are your other interests outside of poker? I like girls, poker and computers. It seems I can have two but not three. Right now I’m playing poker on my computer, you fill in the blanks. Feel free to add anything else you would like to say. Forget the lucky breaks, forget the guy who busted you with one out left in the deck on the bubble, forget the bad beats and those who layed them on you. The site isn’t fixed, the poker gods don’t have it out for you, if you play better than your opponents, you will steamroll them, and take their whole stack in time. But if you come up against a guy named Scapegote, prepare to lose, someone told me he’s good. Look Barry up in the Poker Forum! |
