Help us celebrate the phenomenal growth of the ITH community!  The 2nd Anniversary ITH Invitational is tentatively scheduled for August 28th at 1:00 PM EDT at Paradise Poker. The purpose of this tournament is to celebrate the growth of the website, book, and Forum and to reward Forum Members for their support of this site.

To qualify you must make 50 quality posts in the Forum between January 1st, 2005 and August 1st, 2005; however, 25 of these must have been made by July 1st. A member cannot make 50 posts in July to qualify.  A quality post is considered to be any relevant contribution to the discussion.  Other ways to enter may be announced in the Forum as we get closer to the tournament date.  Membership in the forum is free.  To register for the forum please visit the registration page.

It will be a limit event with no buy-in. Over $5000 will be awarded including stakes*, cash, and ITH merchandise.

There will be a $50 stake awarded as a bounty on my head. Any prize money that I win will be paid out in future ITH Monthly Tournaments.

*Tournament stakes are awarded for future live tournaments that I will participate in. These stakes entitle you to a percentage of my winnings in the tourney. For example, a $100 stake for a $1000 tourney entitles you to 10% of my winnings. If the tournament is a $2000 buyin, your $100 stake would be worth 5% of my winnings. The particular tournaments are chosen by me and will be announced publicly on the Forum. Depending on how players play in the particular tournament, a $100 stake has the potential of being worth more than $10,000 if I should win.  Last year many stakeholders shared my $80,000 33rd place win in the WSOP championship!
