InterPoker Software

The software of InterPoker was designed by Wagerlogic, Limited. As such, InterPoker's software is virtually the same as all of the Wagerlogic/Cryptologic sites. Differences can be found in the colors used.

InterPoker's graphic color combinations is among the best in the Cryptologic platform. Green felt, brown placards and subdued reddish background, makes InterPoker one of the easiest on the eyes. Four card-back color shades also adds to the effect of making the poker tables more comfortable. Players can utilize InterPoker's 4-color deck option.

The Cryptologic software is among the best in user friendliness on the internet. The main menu screen is both easy to understand and concise in it's use. The various lobbies are also easy to understand. The cash game screens convey the "Hands per Hour" statistic as well as the "Players Seeing the Flop" statistic, both of which are instrumental in allowing the player to find the right table to play on.

The tournament software conveys all of the information for each tournament at the players fingertips and is well laid out for a high degree of comprehension.

InterPoker Traffic

InterPoker, as part of the Cryptologic Poker Network has a level of traffic that is in the top 12 of online poker sites. With their decision to no longer accept poker players from the United States, InterPoker and Cryptologic have lost a number of players in the interrim. Cryptologic has started marketing more heavily in Europe, so their player base is expected to increase once again.

InterPoker Games

InterPoker offers games in $, £ and €. The $ sign will be used to represent all of the currencies at InterPoker. Limits/Stakes are available in all three currencies.

InterPoker offers Texas Hold'em in NL, PL and FL formats. The fixed limit format is offered in limits ranging from $0.25/$0.50 through $150/$300, with a majority of the traffic at $10/$20 and lower. 6-Max and headsup play are available. PL25 through PL 1000 are offered, but rarely sees traffic in any currency. No-limit is available between NL25 and NL8000, with the bulk of the traffic occuring in the NL1000 and below tables. There is a large number of 6-max games in NL. 7-Card Stud is available in high-only format and fixed limits. Tables are available ranging between $1/$2 and $20/$40, with most traffic at $3/$6 and lower. Omaha High-only is offered in fixed limits ranging from $0.25/$0.50 through $100/$200 but traffic is virtually non-existent. PL Omaha High-only runs from PL25 through PL5000, with most traffic at or below PL200. Omaha Hi/Lo is available in fixed limits of $0.25/$0.50 through $20/$40. PL Omaha Hi/Lo is available with buy-ins between PL25 and PL1000. There is very little traffic in either of these formats.

Sit and Gos are available with buy-ins as low as $1+$0.20 and as high as $500+$50. They are available in 6-max multi-table formats, 6-max single table formats and regular 10 player formats. They are also offered in "Thunder" formats which are the same as Turbo formats elsewhere. 6-Max is referred to as "SIXPAK".

Multi-Table tournaments [MTTs] are offered in standard entry-based prizepools as well as guaranteed prizepools, SIXPAK MTTs, where tables are shorthanded, freerolls and qualifiers to larger tournaments and events.

Bad Beat Poker Jackpot

InterPoker offers a Bad Beat Jackpot. The Bad Beat Jackpot starts at $2500, and increases by $150 each day that it is not won.

Four-of-a-kind Jacks or better must be beaten, both players must use both hole cards, and the hand must go to showdown. The two-cards-in-the-hole stipulation applies to Omaha as well as Stud.

Players qualifying for the Bad beat Jackpot will be allocated a percentage of the jackpot based on the limit they play:

$1/$2 - 25% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded.
$2/$4 - 50% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded.
$3/$6 - 75% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded.
$5/$10 or higher - 100% of the total Bad Beat Jackpot will be awarded.

Of the jackpot awarded, the jackpot will be split according to this criteria:

Clicking on the help button will bring up three customer service options. The Host and Live Help options have never worked in the experience of ITH. The "View Web Help" button takes the players to InterPoker's website, where players need to navigate a series of screens to bring up InterPoker's email help desk and a telephone number for support are provided. InterPoker's email customer service is within a few hours and the responses are usually decent. InterPoker's telephone customer service is much better and the customer service representatives are knowledgeable and courteous. The Cryptologic subsidiary, eCash Direct and it's customer service is some of the best in the online poker industry.

InterPoker Poker Tracker Compatibility

At InterPoker, all Holdem, Omaha and Stud ring games are supported by Poker Tracker. For tournaments, Holdem and Omaha are supported, while Stud tournaments are not. Any changes to this in the future will be posted here.

Ability to Multitable at InterPoker

Multiple InterPoker Accounts per Household

InterPoker allows multiple household accounts. However, players in the same household playing through the same ISP address are allowed only one bonus per month and these players may be required to furnish InterPoker with separate identification for verification purposes.

InterPoker Tournaments with Overlays

A tournament overlay is the result of guaranteed prize money that is not offset by the participant's buy-ins. As such, all freerolls always offer an overlay.
