Rake Structure

Party Poker has changed it's rake structure from earlier days and now, for the most part, has a standard 5% rake structure. Players will find that they have 10% rake at their lowest two limit cash game tiers, but this is alleviated by a maximum $0.50 rake. In fact, short tables [les than 6 players] and heads up confrontations have $2 and $1 maximums. Only in the biggest games does Party Poker exact a higher than $3 maximum rake. At the highest limits, a $5 maximum is raked on pots at or exceeding $500. Generally speaking, Party Poker conforms to what has become the online standard in rake. Party Poker has a "No-Flop, No-Drop" policy meaning no rake is taken if a flop is not reached regardless of how much money is in the pot.
