What do you do for a living? We have a family business which deals in leather products, from executive desk sets to hand made wedding albums
How long have you been playing Internet poker? Its nearly 6 months old my online career
What limits do you play? Mostly $1/2 and $2/4, but have been playing a lot of $5/10 lately, but I think that’s just to get a feel of where I want to be by end of year
What is your favorite site and why? William Hill for ring games, I always enjoyed it there and has a good knowledge of the players I play against, Stars and Paradise for SnGs and Tournaments because there are more players playing and I love the software.
What has been your biggest poker thrill or achievement up to now? Honestly it’s playing winning poker, yes I had many down swings but my steady tight game has pulled me through and that has shown in my results to date, I know there’s still a lot to learn but I happy to have laid a sound foundation to go forward with.
What area of your game are you currently focusing on? ‘SnG’s and NL tournaments is my passion right now, this is a very exciting area of poker that I enjoy and where your patients is really tested throughout the game waiting for your chance to win a hand, knowing one mistake and it could be all over.
If you could go back in time and start all over again on the Internet, what would you do differently? I wish I knew about online poker earlier as there is such a lack of Poker in the UK and being able to play online is the next best thing for a cards games lover like myself
What’s your favorite poker saying or phrase? “Unbelievable” how many times have I called a bet with the best hand to end up loseing to rubbish hence unbelievable…?
Who is your favorite poker player (if you have one)? Dave "The Devilfish" Ulliott Daniel Negreanu, both play different styles but I just love watching them play
What are your other interests outside of poker? My family and golf, and this year we are moving to the county and building our dream home, which in turn will give me more time for poker.

1...Winning my first MTT
2....Realizing that I can make substantial money playing online
3....Getting a stake in Matthew's WSOP and following the play

I'm still building my bankroll but I'm focused on being a solid ring game player...
If you could go back in time and start all over again on the Internet, what would you do differently?
I would have gotten Matthew's book sooner. I would have also put more money into my initial deposits to take advantage of bonuses.

I really have learned a lot since I started playing online. The most important thing is I know it's a long learning curve. This game can be humbling. I keep feeling that I make breakthroughs in my plays and am improving all the time. (Even though I used to think I knew it all)
I'd like to thank all the posters on ITH for all the advice and support. I've seen some of the other poker forums and was really turned off by the egos. There are a lot of talented supportive ppl here and I do appreciate all the information that I've been privy to...poker related or otherwise.Look Mark up in the forum!
