The software at Everest Poker is designed by Grand Virtual technology.

Player revolves around a very large red poker table with brass trim. Players are represented by avatars which can be replaced by placards. Players have a dozen different table designs to choose from and can choose the resolution and table screen size that suits them. Card backs are white with the green Everest Poker logo. Players have a choice of standard or four color deck options. Buttons for changing options, the statistics screen and hand histories are all available. The note feature has an auto-wrap text feature and players can not only color code their opponents but apply a strength rating to these color codes as well. Players can change their seating arrangement perspective with the touch of the rotate buttons.

The main menu screen is reminiscent of Pacific Poker in its design and simplicity. Everest Poker has a number of filters available to help facilitate table selection, but one missing feature is the ability to separate Limit games from NL or PL games. The buttons lining the bottom direct players to various help features and other menu items like the cashier screen and bonus screens. Everest Poker has a "Find a Seat" function that let's players delineate which types of tables they want to have the software search for them. The Multi-Table Tournaments is a detached screen not built into the software directly.

Overall, Everest Poker's software is easy to use and somewhat versatile.

Each Summit Point Race will qualify the Top 5 Summit Points earners for that week. Only Summit Points earned during that week of play will count towards the player's weekly total.

During the week-long Cash Bets Won Races, the Top 3 No Limit Hold'em players and the Top 2 Limit Hold'em will qualify for the Casting. When competing in a Cash Bets Won Race, your goal is to achieve the highest win rate based on Big Bet (BB) or Poker Tracker Big Bet (PTBB), depending on your preferred Hold'em ring game.

Direct Entry
104 players will win their seats to the Live the Dream casting via a $100+$9 Live the Dream Direct Entry.

For the first half of the Live the Dream online qualification, Everest Poker will be running country-specific Live the Dream Direct Entries. Depending upon where you are from, there will be anywhere from one to four opportunities to qualify by playing against only those from your homeland.

During the last five weeks of the promotion, there will be a weekly Live the Dream direct entry open to all players. The Top 5 players from each tournament will win their seat to the Live the Dream Casting.
