BetFred Poker has no VIP Program. BetFred Points [BPs] are earned by participating in hands that cash games that are raked and also for the fees paid in tournaments. At this time BetFred does not have an online store. The only use of BPs now is the release of any pending bonus and as payment for the daily 30BP+0 BetFred Freeroll. ITH will update this information in the future should BetFred make a change to it's system.
