How do I deposit funds? Log in with your username and password and click on the 'My Account' link. Click on the 'Deposit' option and then fill in the fields displayed. Enter your required deposit and confirm your password.
Are there any charges for depositing funds? BetFred Poker will not charge you for depositing funds with your debit or credit card, but please be aware that some credit card issuers may charge you a fee for using the card for gaming purposes. BetFred Poker allows one free deposit per day made using myCitadel, NETeller and Moneybookers. All additional transactions less than £170/€300/$300 may be subject to a 2.9% charge, and this charge applied at BetFred Poker's discretion.
Is it safe to enter my card details online? Yes, BetFred Poker uses a high quality encryption system. For security reasons always ensure that you log out of your account once you have finished your session.

Withdrawing
All withdrawals (including NETeller and Moneybookers) can be subject to standard security checks and can take up to 48 hours to be processed. Before a withdrawal is authorised, BetFred Poker reserves the right to ask for: - A faxed copy of the front and back of the debit card.
- Utility bill.
- A copy of a valid passport, driver's license or identity card.
- Where a deposit has been made by card this must be the same as the name that you used to register with the site.
